Order Processing Time

All orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Regular Sarees

Regular sarees are processed and dispatched within 3–7 business days.

Customised Sarees

Customised sarees are made specifically based on customer requirements and are accepted only on prepaid orders. These orders are processed and dispatched within 7–15 business days.

👉 Every order undergoes careful quality checks before shipping. Hence, same-day dispatch is not available.

Shipping Days

Orders are dispatched from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Regular Orders

Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 5–8 business days

Customised Orders

Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 7–15 business days

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries and regions.

Standard International Orders

Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 15–20 business days

Customised International Orders

Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 20–30 business days

Shipping Charges

India

  • Flat shipping charge: ₹149

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹1000

International Orders

  • Flat shipping charge: ₹2999

  • Free shipping on international orders above ₹30,000

👉 Applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown during checkout before payment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders within India.

  • COD is available only for non-customisable sarees

  • COD is available only for orders below ₹5000

  • Customised sarees are not eligible for COD and must be prepaid

👉 We reserve the right to disable COD for certain pin codes, locations, or high-risk orders.

Customs Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, or local handling charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

K. Chinnadurai & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email, allowing you to monitor your shipment status.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details:

  • The shipment may be returned to us (RTO)

  • Re-dispatch may require additional shipping charges

  • Refunds, if applicable, may be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges
