Customised sarees are made specifically based on customer requirements and are accepted only on prepaid orders. These orders are processed and dispatched within 7–15 business days.
👉 Every order undergoes careful quality checks before shipping. Hence, same-day dispatch is not available.
Orders are dispatched from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Customised sarees are not eligible for COD and must be prepaid
👉 We reserve the right to disable COD for certain pin codes, locations, or high-risk orders.
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, or local handling charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
K. Chinnadurai & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
