Refund Policy

At K. CHINNADURAI & CO, we value our customers and strive to provide the best quality textile products. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product is defective

  • The product received is incorrect (wrong item, color, or design)

📌 The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to customer handling

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Products without original tags, packaging, or bill

  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale (unless damaged)

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp / Email with your order ID

  2. Share clear photos or videos of the issue

  3. Our team will verify and approve the return request

Once approved, return instructions will be shared.

4. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchange (subject to stock availability) for damaged or incorrect products.
If the product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

6. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our mistake (damaged/incorrect product), return shipping charges will be borne by us

  • Otherwise, shipping charges are non-refundable

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed
